MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCSC) - The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a woman following a disturbance in Goose Creek.
Nicole S. Floyd, 33, was charged with two counts of pointing and presenting a firearm, two counts of first-degree assault and battery and evading arrest, Cpl. Carli Carr says.
Deputies responded on Saturday night to a home on Belmar Avenue for a report of a woman standing outside threatening people with a handgun. Witnesses described the woman as dressed in all black and wearing a ski mask.
When deputies arrived, they found the woman matching the description, who was later identified as Floyd. Floyd fled the scene and ran into the backyard of a nearby home.
