Barstool Sports owner Dave Portnoy has made some worrying claims regarding antisemitism following a viral interaction with a heckler.

Portnoy, who recently trended for his criticism of Tom Brady, was subjected to the aforementioned abuse while conducting a pizza review in Mississippi, with a passerby caught on camera aiming a racial slur his way.

Another video of Portnoy speaking to CBS’s Tony Doukopil has since surfaced online in which he suggests that antisemitism is on the rise.

“I’ve seen in my own experience, just being Barstool, the difference between the hate I get – I mean, occasionally you get, “Hey k**e” or “Jew” or whatever. It’s every day now,’ Portnoy says in the video. ‘Like, there’s a definitive shift in what’s going on,” he claimed.
