Plea allots two concurrent 15-year prison terms for Williams in Fort Smith drive

FORT SMITH -- A final sentencing order for a 27-year-old Fort Smith parolee shows he received two 15-year prison terms to be served concurrently in connection with a June drive-by shooting.
