SPRINGVILLE, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Three juveniles have been arrested after they were discovered driving a stolen vehicle in Springville.
Springville Police say a BOLO alert was issued at 3:17 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, for a stolen silver Honda Accord.
According to authorities, Officer Pippin with Springville Police initiated a traffic stop at 3:25 a.m. on Marietta Road in front of Small Town Auto on the car.
According to police, the stolen car was occupied by three juveniles who all fled on foot while Pippin conducted the traffic stop. Two of the juveniles were caught with help from the St. Clair Department of Corrections K-9 handling team.
Authorities say the third juvenile was later caught and taken into custody by a deputy with the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.
