Eli Wood has been missing for three weeks.
Wood, 25, was months away from completing his masters in social work at Wilfrid Laurier University when his apartment burned down in what police believe to be a targeted arson. Investigators say foul play was a factor in his disappearance.
Wood is described by his friends as a kind and smart person. He is approximately four feet 10 inches tall, weighing between 85 and 95 pounds, with green eyes, partial white eyebrows and eyelashes, and white patches of hair. Wood also has a flower and sea horse tattoo on the left forearm and a rainbow tattoo on the right upper arm.
His disappearance, along with the fire that gutted his Major Street apartment in Kitchener, has family appealing to the community.
