CONCORD, N.H. —

New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi has informed the court she will no longer participate in case assignments, deliberations or judicial decision-making.

Hantz Marconi is retiring Feb. 12, 2026, when she reaches the mandatory retirement age of 70.

Hantz Marconi said during the remainder of her tenure on the court, she will focus on "supporting the internal administrative matters and functions for the court."

Last month, a court accepted Hantz Marconi's no contest plea and found her guilty of trying to influence a criminal case against her husband, former New Hampshire Port Authority Director Geno Marconi. Her plea was not an admission of guilt, but rather an acknowledgment
