LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A former Oldham County deputy judge executive was indicted for felony theft and official misconduct.
According to the Office of Attorney General Russell Coleman, 40-year-old former deputy judge executive Joseph Ender was indicted by an Oldham County Grand Jury on one count of theft of services greater than $10,000 and one count of official misconduct.
The indictment says that Ender diverted equipment and employees from the Oldham County Road Department to do work on his own private property.
Ender’s arraignment is scheduled for January 8, 2026.
