ATLANTA — A judge has dismissed three counts from the Fulton County election interference case against President Donald Trump.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dismissed counts 14, 15, and 27, which were related to allegations that some of the defendants committed or conspired to commit crimes related to the filing of false documents, and denied the Defendants' remaining motions to challenge the indictment.

President Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani are among the 12 defendants who had at least one of the counts against them dismissed.

The ruling, however, does not dismiss any of the defendants. The RICO charge against that underpins the entire case was unaffected by the removal of those three counts Friday afternoon.
