A house in Monmouth Junction that sold for $1.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in South Brunswick between Oct. 27 and Nov. 9.

In total, eight residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $767,438. The average price per square foot was $323.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 27 to the week of Nov. 9 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
