2 people shot outside apartment complex in Belleville, Ill.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Police are investigating an incident where two people were shot in St. Clair County Saturday afternoon.

The incident occurred around 11:57 a.m. in the 770o0 block of Woodcliffe Dr. Police say several shots were fired outside an apartment complex, resulting in two victims getting hit.

Officials transported the victims to the hospital, where they were listed in serious condition. Police ask anyone with information on this incident to contact the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Dept. at 618-825-2051.
