ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -Two people were seriously injured after a shooting in St. Clair County Saturday morning.
According to St. Clair County, its emergency operations center received a call at approximately 11:57 a.m. regarding a disturbance in an apartment complex located on the 7700 block of Woodcliffe Drive in Belleville.
It was gathered that there were several shots fired at the location, which resulted in two people being injured.
Belleville police officers assisted at the scene and both victims were transferred to a nearby hospital.
St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department officers are investigating the shooting.
