A Lebanon County mom of four was taken into custody months after police say she left a child alone in a Walmart parking lot, according to Western Lebanon County Regional Police on Saturday, Nov. 15.
Ali Lyn Marinkov, 36, was stopped by officers while driving a gray Jeep in the 400 block of West Main Street in Annville at 8:29 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15, police said.
During the stop, officers learned Marinkov had an active bench warrant from the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear on a previous Endangering the Welfare of Children case. She was taken into custody and transported to Lebanon County Central Booking, investigators said. She was also cited for Driving on a Suspended License.
Child Left Alone For 45 Minutes, Police Say
The warrant stems from a July 6 incident at the Walmart on East Lehman Street in North Lebanon Township. Officers were dispatched around 8:30 p.m. for a report of a child left alone in a vehicle.
According to the criminal complaint, officers found the vehicle unlocked, not running, and a young child crying inside. Investigators determined the child had been left alone for approximately 45 minutes before Marinkov returned. She was charged with Felony Endangering the Welfare of Children and Leaving a Child Unattended in a Vehicle.
Father Wanted In Separate Drug Case
According to their social media posts, Marinkov shares children with Joshua Erausquin-Maysonet, 37, who is currently wanted in an unrelated Lebanon County Regional Police case.
Erausquin-Maysonet was involved in a disturbance at Rutter’s on West Cumberland Street on Aug. 23, police said. Officers determined he was intoxicated, damaging property, and in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
He was charged with Misdemeanor Drug Possession, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness. A warrant was issued on Nov. 4 after he failed to respond to court summonses.
He remains wanted, according to a police release issued on Nov. 10.
