ATHENS, Ga. (KTRE) - Former Jasper Bulldog Ty’Anthony Smith recorded his second sack of the year in Texas’ 35-10 loss to Georgia on Saturday.

The sophomore also led all players in tackles.

Smith had nine tackles (six solo), two tackles-for-loss and one sack. In the third quarter, Smith sacked Georgia quarterback Gunner Stockton for a 2-yard loss on 2nd and 11. This season, Smith has 45 tackles, two sacks and two forced fumbles.

Texas (7-3, 4-2) will host Arkansas on Saturday.
