SPRING HILL, Tenn. (WSMV) - Plans for a commercial development in Spring Hill are up for discussion Monday night.
The proposed Eastport Farms project will be discussed during a meeting with the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
The development project will be a commercial development with a major national retailer tied to it, according to Mayor Matt Fitterer.
The development will be built along Port Royal Road.
“The applicant has proposed making improvements from Jim Warren Parkway to Longhunter Chase Dr funded in major part by future sales tax excepted to be generated by the project,” Fitterer said.
City officials will discuss whether to use future sales tax money to pay for improvements in the area.
