How the locals' bar area will look

A popular pub near one of the busiest road junctions in Gloucestershire has temporarily closed for a major renovation project that will see it 'divided' into two.

The Greyhound, just off Cheltenham Road in Longlevens, Gloucester, aims to revitalise the community pub with a number of improvements under the £305,000 investment.

Upon reopening next month, Marston’s Two Door Pub: The Greyhound, which is near the A40/A417 junction, will feature two distinct areas: a vibrant locals' bar and a warm, welcoming family lounge, designed around the needs of families.

A central partition will create distinct spaces within the pub , allowing guests to enjoy everything they love under one roof while ensuring there is a place where everyone feels they truly belon
