NATCHITOCHES, La. - Sweetie's Bar-B-Q , known for its award-winning flavors and hearty portions, will be the focus of Rick Rowe's Tasty Tuesday segment on a KTBS 3 Community Caravan livestream this week in Natchitoches.

The popular barbecue joint, located at 203 Keyser Ave., is the passion project of Daryl "Sweetie" Walker and his wife, Trisha "The Boss" Walker. Daryl has been honing his craft since his early teens, gaining a reputation for infusing love and goodness into his food.

KTBS 3 News will continue its special coverage of Natchitoches throughout the week, offering viewers a close look at the preparations and events leading up to its dazzling Christmas Festival which runs Saturday through Jan. 6.

The caravan lunch will be served up at 11 a.m. Thursday at Natchitoches
