LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg, D-Louisville, and the Louisville Orchestra are holding a free tribute concert for the community following the UPS cargo plane crash.

The program aims to honor the memory of those who lost their lives, recognize the courage of the first responders who answered the call and acknowledge the efforts of the many UPS employees who supported the company’s response, a news release said.

“This has been an incredibly difficult time for our community, and nobody should have to go through it alone,” said Greenberg. “We’re grateful to Teddy Abrams and the Louisville Orchestra for this opportunity to honor those we’ve lost, recognize the bravery of our first responders and mourn together as one community.”

All community members are invited to attend
