KINGSTON, N.Y. — Neighbors and the developers of a proposed multi-unit development on Bluestone Court squared off on Monday as the developers brought their latest plans for the site in front of the city’s Planning Board.
Planning Board members ultimately voted unanimously to table the subdivision proposed on Bluestone Court off Lucas Avenue. In its current form, the proposed subdivision would contain nine lots for small multiplexes, which could contain anywhere from three to six units, and six for duplexes. If the plan is approved by the board, the lots would be locked to those typologies.
