We are tracking more warm weather this week. Temperatures will reach above 80 degrees through Saturday. The warmth is due to a ridge of high pressure that lingers across the southern United States through the weekend. Still, we are expecting a weak cold front to sweep across the ArkLaMiss on Thursday and Friday, bringing limited rain showers.
Over the weekend, we dry out and stay relatively warm for this time of year, with temperatures in the low 70s. Early next week, rain showers and thunderstorms will be possible, as a cold front and low pressure system sweep across the region. This is mainly for Monday and Tuesday. Cooler and drier weather moves in through the Thanksgiving holiday.
Tonight, expect a mostly clear sky and temperatures down to the mid 60s.
