MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. — The first day of 13WMAZ’s annual Stuff the Truck event in Milledgeville wrapped up with steady donations, strong community spirit and a clear message from neighbors who came ready to help.

The Baldwin County School District helped kick off the morning, cheering alongside students who carried bags and boxes of canned goods to the donation truck. Between celebrating and taking photos with friends, the students put food items in the box for families in need.

Throughout the day, people arrived with the same mission — to give back . Milledgeville resident Willie Lamar, who owns a construction business, said he wanted to support the event after what he described as a successful year.
