SANTIAGO (Reuters) -LATAM Airlines and pilots for the carrier in its home country of Chile have reached a contract agreement, the union said on Wednesday, bringing an end to a week-long strike.
The strike, the first by LATAM pilots in nearly three decades, caused widespread flight cancellations and snarled passengers' travel plans.
The contract agreement between LATAM and its pilots will run through 2028, the union said in a statement.
