Aberdeen's 'world first' hydrogen bus fleet has been hit with new delays after more than a year off the road.

No date has been set for when the 15-vehicle fleet of environmentally-friendly buses will be back on the Granite City's streets amid ongoing issues with two fuelling stations.

The city council -owned busses operated across the First Bus network, but were pulled from service back in September 2024, reports BBC News .

Technical problems at the fuelling stations in Cove and Kittybrewster have left the fleet parked up without making a single passenger service.
