Body cam of Fairhope ‘giant penis’ arrest released

Body camera footage has now been released showing a Fairhope police officer arresting a woman wearing an inflatable penis costume during a “No Kings” protest on Oct. 18.

David Gespass, the attorney of Jeana Renea Gamble, 61, shared a video with Lagniappe showing Col. Andrew Babb’s interactions with her during the Oct. 18 arrest, telling her the costume wouldn’t fly in a town “with values.”
