Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities: Cash reward up for escaped murderer Johnell Smith III

Several agencies are still searching for Johnell Smith III after he escaped from the custody of the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice. A $5,000 reward is being offered for the arrest of Smith. Crime Stoppers will pay out $1,500 and a private fund will add $3,500.
