FRANKFORT, Ky. – On Thursday, the Kentucky Parole Board conducted a file review on Ronald Exantus and revoked his Mandatory Reentry Supervision, ordering for him to remain incarcerated.

According to a release by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Justice & Public Safety Cabinet, the board’s decision was released in writing.

This follows Exantus admitting to violating the conditions of his supervision, according to the release. Previously, WKYT reported Exantus was arrested in relation to the death of a Kentucky child when Exantus entered that child’s family home.

The cabinet states the board then determined per KRS 439.3106(1) that Exantus’ “failure to comply with the conditions of supervision constituted a significant risk to prior victims or the community,” and “the offender cannot be appr
