Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and San Diego counties are under an updated flood advisory which was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 10:36 p.m. The advisory is in effect until Friday Nov. 21, at 1:33 a.m.
The NWS San Diego CA said, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.”
“Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,” the NWS said. “Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.”
