MIDTOWN (WABC) -- A traffic dispute in Midtown Friday morning left one driver stabbed in the back.

The two men got into the road rage argument at Seventh Avenue and West 49th Street just after 6 a.m.

A 38-year-old man was stabbed in the back, sustaining a minor puncture wound. He refused medical assistance on the scene.
