1NEW YORK, NY – An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested late Thursday night in Manhattan on charges connected to child endangerment and criminal contempt.
Authorities said the arrest took place around 9:42 p.m. within the 13th Precinct.
The officer, identified as 37-year-old Gloriann Carbonell, faces charges of acting in a manner injurious to a child and criminal contempt.
