The UPS Store in Penfield’s BayTowne Plaza, 1900 Empire Blvd., has closed, according to its website.

“We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers of this store location and understand the disruption this franchise location closure may have to the community,” a spokesperson wrote in an email.

Customers who had mail or packages at the store may pick up their items at The UPS Store at 2604 Elmwood Ave. at Brighton’s 12 Corners.

They also may email the store at store0165@theupsstore.com or call (585) 244-7380 regarding mail and package pickup and options for mailbox transfer, the spokesperson said.
