Showers will return to the valley for our Friday forecast, but don't expect them to arrive until close to, and even after, sunset.
Showers will work in from the south to the north as we move from sunset through midnight, even turning widespread for a time, especially for communities south of Route 224. Showers could become widely scattered for many communities, especially those living south of I-80, after midnight into the earliest hours of Saturday morning before tapering off just before or around sunrise on Saturday.
Temperatures will start off your Saturday in the upper 30s and then will rise to the mid-40s during the afternoon with some additional sunshine.
Sunday will turn mostly sunny, but will also turn breezy with high temperatures in the upper 40s.
Monday will be nice and quie
