Austintown Township Trustees will hold a public meeting on Monday to discuss a motion to reclassify and rezone three parcels to remove the operation of a restaurant, bar, or club along South Four Mile Run Road.
The parcels are the location of the former Zodiac Lounge & Grill, which the Zoning Commission is looking to rezone from a commercial B2 property to a business B1 property.
Commercial B2 properties serve as general retail spaces where customers can purchase goods and services. B1 properties are for professional non-retail services only.
This is the final step in a three-step process, in which the Board of Trustees is asking that anyone wishing to submit exhibits in support or in opposition to the request should forward them to the Austintown Township Zoning Office via email to dc
