LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - A Lake Charles man is being accused of having a sexual relationship with a juvenile.

Waylon D. Istre, 18, was charged Nov. 20 with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, according to Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO).

On Nov. 17, CPSO received a complaint of inappropriate contact with a juvenile. During the investigation, CPSO says detectives learned Istre had a sexual relationship with a victim under the age of 15.

Bond was set at $50,000.
