LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - The first of a couple cold fronts will move through Saturday, but it will take until later next week to feel a bigger change in temperature.

The front we’ve been tracking will move through during the day on Saturday and usher in some lower humidity. Before it does, we may see a few showers or storms linger through Saturday morning, so keep an eye on the sky if you have outdoor plans in the morning. By the afternoon, most rain should come to an end as temperatures reach the upper 70’s to low 80’s.

Morning temps will drop to the 50’s Sunday morning, before warming into the upper 70’s! Humidity levels will stay low so get out and enjoy!
