COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - A Richland County School District One employee is now facing charges related to child sexual abuse material.
The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office said Christopher Thomas Rader was arrested Friday on the following charges:
Two counts of criminal solicitation of a minor
Three counts of unlawful attempt to disseminate obscene material to a person under 18 years of age
Two counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor
First-degree attempted sexual exploitation of a minor
According to warrants, Rader allegedly had sexually explicit conversations with someone he believed to be a minor in October. Warrants also state Rader is accused of sending explicit photos of himself to a minor and had sexually explicit material involving minors on his computer.
