A Scottish coffee roaster is targeting further expansion after moving to new premises in Glasgow five times the size of its previous site in the city.

Dear Green, which was founded by Lisa Lawson in 2011, said the relocation to a 13,500 sq ft warehouse on Brook Street in Bridgeton from its previous premises near the city’s Barras Market will help it “continue to pioneer speciality coffee in Scotland”.

What began as a one-person operation now supplies cafés, restaurants, offices and retailers nationwide, and customers include The Social Hub , Jupiter Artland, Brushworks and Cafe Strange Brew.

Dear Green, which employs 10 people, noted it had added two new team members since the move and highlighted plans to hire additional senior roles in 2026 to support further expansion.
