CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - If you are traveling this for the Thanksgiving holiday, you may want to get a head start.
An expected record number of people are traveling this holiday.
AAA expects 81.8 million people to travel within 50 miles from Tuesday Nov. 25 and Monday Dec. 1, translating to a 1.6 million boost from last year.
“Take your time. Keep your distance Make sure you see your family and make it home to your family,” said driver John Brunn.
John Brunn said he is staying home this Thanksgiving but he knows the dangers on the road.
19 First Alert Weather Team is forecasting possible lake-effect snow just in time for Thanksgiving.
“I’m a truck driver so I know all about driving so people need to take their time getting to where they need to go,” said Brunn.
