PAINESVILLE, Ohio (WOIO) - A local business owner working security at Johnny Gringo Restaurant on Chester Street was shot and killed early Saturday morning, and the man suspected of shooting him was arrested after bystanders restrained him until police arrived.
Dylan Stalnecker, 28, whose face was battered and bruised in his mug shot, was charged with murder after the shooting that occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
Sources tell 19 News that Stalnecker was held on the ground in the parking lot by bystanders and then taken to the hospital for treatment before he was booked into the Lake County Jail.
Victim identified as Bo Martin
The victim has been identified as Bo Martin, who friends said was working security for Johnny Gringo Restaurant at the time of the shooting.
