A Glasgow-bound flight returning from EasyJet was forced to make an unplanned landing following an emergency onboard.
The Canary Islands flight U23114 departed the airline for Glasgow on Saturday night, November 22, but sent out a squawk over Irish airspace.
The incident was a medical emergency, the Glasgow has since confirmed, and meant that the flight was forced to land in Dublin four hours and 19 minutes. An ambulance was waiting on the tarmac, reports Glasgow Live.
The flight later departed to passenger , and landed in the city at around 2.24am.
No information is available on the condition of the passenger at this stage.
