A 22-year-old Passaic woman was rushed to the hospital early Sunday morning after gunfire erupted near Lexington Avenue and Monroe Street according to The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Officers arrived at the scene around 2:09 a.m. and found the victim suffering from a non-fatal gunshot wound.
