Will Campbell suffered a serious injury Sunday, but the New England Patriots may have avoided a worst-case scenario.
Campbell is "believed to have suffered an MCL sprain" in his right knee, NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reported Monday morning , adding that the rookie offensive tackle potentially could go on injured reserve with a designation to return after a minimum of four weeks.

Campbell is set to have an MRI on his knee Monday to get further clarity on his injury, per Rapoport.
