COLUMBUS — A Circleville man with two prior child-pornography convictions has pleaded guilty in federal court after attempting to entice what he believed was a minor girl into sexual activity, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio.
William Kisor, 57, entered the guilty plea on Oct. 8 to one count of attempted coercion and enticement. Kisor previously served more than 11 years in federal prison for a 2013 child-pornography conviction and nine years for a similar conviction in 2003.
