The Timmins Rock’s captain is featured prominently among the NOJHL’s Rogers 3 Stars of the Week, for the period that ended Nov. 23.
Blue-liner Braedyn Cyr, the week’s second star, is joined by Greater Sudbury Cubs forward Mason Walker (first star) and Soo Thunderbirds forward Shea Chornley (third star).
Walker, who will turn17 on Wednesday, registered back-to-back four-point outings last week for the surging Cubs.
He began with two goals and a couple of assists Thursday in a victory over Iroquois Falls, then followed up with another marker and a trio of helpers in a positive road result in Kirkland Lake, on Saturday.
