Police have identified the 45-year-old woman who was struck while walking in Enfield on Thursday, Nov. 20.

Authorities have identified a 45-year-old Connecticut woman who was killed while walking along a road in Enfield last week.

Katherine Burgos González, of New Haven, was struck by a Toyota Camry at about 8:45 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20, near the Hazard Avenue and Glen Arden Lane intersection, Enfield police said.

Paramedics took her to Johnson Memorial Hospital, where she died from her injuries.

The Camry’s driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators, according to Enfield police.

Authorities are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has information to contact Enfield Officer K. Ragion at 860-763-8920.
