ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Michigan could be without two of its injured captains Saturday against Ohio State.
Safety Rod Moore has already been ruled out for the regular-season finale against the No. 1-ranked Buckeyes (12 p.m., FOX), and “most likely” for the remainder of the season, head coach Sherrone Moore told reporters on Monday.
Meanwhile, fullback Max Bredeson — injured in Michigan’s win over Maryland over the weekend — is in doubt.
“X-rays, we’ll see. Didn’t look great,” Moore said. “But if anyone can push through it, it’s Max Bredeson. We’ll know more as we go through the week.”
Rod Moore has been sidelined since Michigan’s Oct. 11 loss to USC with swelling in the injured knee that knocked him out of action in March 2024.
