Houston police have charged a young man in connection with a double fatal shooting earlier this month on Windswept Lane.

Authorities are asking the public for help locating the suspect. He is wanted for the Nov. 7 shooting that left two men dead in the 6300 block of Windswept Lane.

Isaias Armando Coc Xol, 18, faces capital murder charges.

The victims have been identified as Rafael Xe Rax, 30, and Jose Cuz Shol, 21.

According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to an assault call around 7:35 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 6300 block of Windswept Lane.

At the scene, they found one man near the apartments suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital by paramedics, where he was pronoun
