KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - After exiting Sunday’s win over the Indianapolis Colts early due to injury, right guard Trey Smith is expected to miss more time.

According to a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Smith is dealing with both high and low-ankle sprains. Smith was rolled up on during the second quarter of Sunday’s game.

Smith is not expected to play Thursday during a Thanksgiving road trip to Dallas, Rapoport said.

He was replaced by backup right guard Mike Caliendo on Sunday. Caliendo also replaced Smith during Kansas City’s Week 7 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Smith exited that game due to lower back spasms.
