The Pentagon has launched an investigation into “serious allegations of misconduct” against Sen. Mark Kelly that could potentially bring court-martial proceedings on the heels of U.S. President Donald Trump accusing him of resistant behaviour.
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth implied that the probe centres around a recent video where Kelly and five other veteran Democrats implore service members to “refuse illegal orders.”
The video drew scorn from Trump, as well as accusations of treason.
