A woman who was seriously hurt when a Prince George's County police officer hit her car head-on during a chase has filed a lawsuit years later, saying she's still dealing with health issues.

Dashcam video obtained by News4 shows the moment in 2021 the police cruiser drove the wrong way on Route 1 near Beltsville, Maryland, and hit Yong-Mi Kim's Honda SUV head-on.

Cpl. Quan Lac was behind the wheel. He later testified he was trying to stop three vehicles that had been racing.

Video from inside Lac's cruiser shows the police car change lanes and drive past other vehicles. The cruiser then switches lanes again and begins driving in the median area of the four-lane road. At that point, the sirens turn on.
