PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Newly obtained court documents are revealing additional details in a road rage shooting that left a man and his young daughter dead outside a south Phoenix shopping center on Saturday.
Court records showed that Tyrone Dee Chilly is facing two counts of first-degree premeditated murder as well as three counts of aggravated assault in the deaths of Quincy Polk, 30, and Envy Cardenas, 8. He also faces two counts of endangerment.
The shooting happened in a Lowe’s parking lot near 19th Avenue and Baseline Road around 2:45 p.m., where witnesses reportedly told detectives that Chilly was the shooter.
