MADISON (WKOW) — Following Morgan Geyser's apprehension in Posen, Illinois, questions remain on how she was able to leave the group home in Madison where she was staying.

Geyser, 23, is known for her involvement in the 2014 "Slender Man" stabbing. She and another girl, Anissa Weier, lured a classmate to the woods in Waukesha. Geyser admitted to stabbing her 19 times to appease the fictional character, Slender Man. The victim, Payton Leutner, survived the attack.
